THEYSKENS PREOCCUPIED

I wish some designers, in particular Theyskens, were less preoccupied with addressing anything (such as the streets need for casual gear, or a more commercial slant) besides their visionary poetics.
Proof: Theyskens March 4, 2007 collection for Nina Ricci; a strangely sloppy assemblage, thankfully saved by the finale made up of his signature gowns, the thing he loves making most. Without fail love translates to beauty. Keep the beauty alive!
